The museum experience typically takes between 45 and 50 minutes, but there is no time limit, so you are welcome to explore at your own pace.

There are no stroller parking areas in the museum.

We are in compliance with the ADA. That being said, about 75% of the museum is wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator that can get guests to the first floor, which holds about 75% of the museum, but unfortunately, the second floor is only accessible by stairs. Due to the museum being in a historical NYC building, we are unable to build any lifts or elevators up to the second floor to accommodate any guests in wheelchairs.

Children ages 4 and under do not require a ticket for entry.

Absolutely! The museum is pet-friendly year-round. Pets do not require tickets, and there are no fees for having a pet with you during your visit.

The museum does not have a bag/coat check area. However, guests are welcome to carry their bags and backpacks while exploring our exhibits.
