  • Tickets are available for booking through this website only. Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

     

  • Due to high demand, we are not able to guarantee ticket availability at the door. It is highly recommend to purchase tickets at least 2-3 days in advance here on our website to secure your visit.

  • We do not have parking.

  • The 14th street A,C, and E lines as well as the 8th avenue L line are right outside of our door! The 14th street 1,2, and 3 lines are also a block away from us.

  • Each timeslot is 60 minutes. The main experience typically lasts 45 to 50 minutes, allowing time to stop by our gift shop!

  • There are no stroller parking areas in the museum.

  • We are in compliance with ADA. That being said, about 75% of the museum is wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator that can get guests to our first floor which hold about 75% of the museum but unfortunately the second floor is only accessible by stairs. Due to the museum being in a historical NYC building, we are unable to build any lifts or elevators up to the second floor to accommodate any guests in wheelchairs.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • Children ages 4 and under do not require a ticket for entry.

  • Absolutely! The museum is pet-friendly year-round! Pets do not require tickets and there are no fees to have a pet with you during your visit.

  • The museum does not have a bag/coat check area. However, guests are welcome to carry bags and backpacks on their person while exploring our exhibits.

  • No, we do not sell any food or drink, nor do we allow any outside food or drinks in the museum.
