Loved this place! Great for the family and at a low price of $35 per adult and kids is $27. I got the college student discount which was like $26 but they don’t necessarily check to see your age or anything just shoe the qr code from the ticket and your solid. The entrance to the museum is a gift shop filled with knickknacks of gadgets and various gizmos. You also have the “picturesque chair” where you stand atop a platform and someone takes the picture from a distance to make it seem like you’re standing on top of a chair when really you’re not. These illusions play with sensory input like your eyes and ears and make you see things from different angles and perspectives. There are only 2 floors and it’s right next to the 14st train station with the L line and A,C,E trains. There is only 1 bathroom in the whole place so you have to wait on line but aside from that this place really is pretty cool. Recommend going with a group to make it seem more appealing but the staff are just as likely to help you navigate and take pictures for you.

Great, went early in the afternoon & there wasn’t a crowd. Very surprised & relieved. Plenty of photo opportunities for you if you visit. Take your time to really enjoy the exhibit, because the location isn’t large. But it’ll take roughly 45 mins if you take your time and look at each section.

Really cool place. I spent a little over an hour there with my nine-year-old. Wouldn’t recommend much younger than that, as they need to be able to see certain heights and to visually comprehend stuff. The staff is super nice as well! there are some really cool optical illusions. You can get really cool pictures. It is a bit pricey in my opinion however, I was in for free since I was a teacher. So that was a great bargain. Much appreciated!
